Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only

Exchange Process

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or issue a refund (only for approved damaged/defective cases)

  • Timeline: 7-10 business days after approval

Return Shipping

  • For approved cases, we may arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
