Conditions for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only

- If the requested size/product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or issue a refund (only for approved damaged/defective cases)

Return Shipping
- For approved cases, we may arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping
- Instructions will be shared after approval
Non-Eligible Cases

- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
